قال أمير مرتضى منصور المشرف العام على قطاع الكرة بنادي الزمالك، إنه تجمعه علاقة جيدة بالمدير الفني البرتغالي جيسفالدو فيريرا منذ رحيله عن أروقة القلعة البيضاء، لذلك نجح في إقناعه بالعودة للفارس الأبيض من جديد.

وأضاف أمير في تصريحات تلفزيونية عبر فضائية “إم بي سي مصر”: “عندما اعتذر فيريرا عن تدريب الزمالك كان لأسباب صحية، واستشيره في أمور كثيرة، وعندما توليت مهمة الإدارة استطلعت رأيه في هذه الخطوة، ودائمًا يبارك لي بعد أي بطولة، وعلاقتي به قوية جدًا منذ عام 2014 وامتدت حتى الآن”.

وأردف: “هو يحب الزمالك ولم يكن لديه أزمة مع مرتضى منصور، وعرضت عليه مشروع كان يصدقه ورأى أنه كان هناك تعطيلًا لهذا المشروع عندما رحلنا، وبعد العودة عرضنا عليه مشروع، وهو شعر أن الزمالك لديه إمكانيات لكي يصحح المسار”.

واستكمل: “فيريرا اطلع على كل صفقات الزمالك الجديدة، هذا نظام في النادي، لا يوجد لاعب سيأتي رغمًا عن المدير الفني، نعمل ونتشارك في القرار، وهو يثق جدًا في شخصي، ويستطلع رأيي في أمور كثيرة”.

واستطرد: “من المؤكد أنه لديه احتياجات وهو على دراية بكل الصفقات الجديدة، والناس ترى أن الفريق يحتاج إلى تدعيم، مثل حراسة المرمى والجناح وفي مركز المهاجم”.

وأكد: “ترددت شائعة بشأن اعتزال فيريرا، وجلوسي معه من أجل العدول عن هذا القرار، وهذا شيء مضحك، هذا كلام لا يليق أن نرد عليه”.

وواصل: “إبراهيما نداي وزكريا الوردي تواجدا في المدرجات، وسيخضعان للكشف الطبي، وبعد ذلك سنعلن عن الصفقات”.

وكشف: “الزمالك فاز بدوري الموسم الماضي بروح لاعبيه فقط، لأن المنظومة حينها كان بها أخطاء كثيرة، وأقول للأهلي (هارد لك)، مصر هي الأهلي والزمالك، مع احترامي لكل الأندية الجماهيرية وأندية الشركات”.

وأشار: “بيراميدز قدم موسم استثنائي ويعتبر وصيف الدوري حتى الآن، من الصعب أن تكون وسط الأهلي والزمالك، وأحترم كل المنافسين”.

ورد أمير مرتضى على إمكانية ضم عبد الله السعيد كونه أصبح مطلبًا جماهيريًا: “لا يوجد شيء اسمه مطلب جماهيري، لن نتعاقد مع لاعب لأن الجمهور يريده، هناك جهاز فني واحتياجات وإدارة وأعمار لاعبين، هناك اولويات”.

وأتم: “نتعاقد وفق احتياجتنا الفنية والمالية، لا نتعاقد مع لاعبين من أجل (اللقطة)، من الوارد انضمام السعيد ولكن وفق احتياجتنا الفنية”.

كشفت صحيفة “ذا أثلتيك” الأمريكية عن إصابة قوية قد تعرض لها مهاجم الفريق الأول لكرة القدم بنادي برشلونة، بيير إيمريك أوباميانج، أثناء الاعتداء على منزله من عصابة مسلحة قبل أيام.

وتعرض منزل أوباميانج بعد مباراة بلد الوليد في الدوري الفرنسي للاعتداء من قبل عصابة إيطالية، كما زعمت التقارير الصحفية، وقيدوا الجابوني وزوجته وسرقوا بعض المحتويات من المنزل.

وبحسب التقرير الجديد، أن أوباميانج قد تعرض لإصابة قوية عبارة عن كسر في الفك أثناء عملية السطو، وسيغيب عن الملاعب لعدة أسابيع بسبب الإصابات التي لحقت به في الاعتداء على منزله.

هذا الأمر قد يعقد عملية انتقاله إلى تشيلسي رغم المفاوضات مع برشلونة على مدار الأيام الماضية، والصفقة أصبحت مهددة بالفشل.

الجدير بالذكر أن تشيلسي كان قد عرض على برشلونة التعاقد مع أوباميانج مقابل 23 مليون يورو ومليوني يورو آخرين كحوافز إضافية ولكن يبدو أن إصابة الجابوني ستبقي عليه في قلعة “كامب نو”.

Ajay Jadeja, the former India batsman and captain of Delhi for two seasons, has backed Virender Sehwag in his criticism of the state’s cricket administration but said players are to blame for the dismal situation that exists today.”We need to look within ourselves,” Jadeja was quoted as saying in the . “If we [cricketers] don’t go begging for small favours from the administrators such situations would not arise at all. Can you have any selection in India without the involvement of a player? The selection committee is made up of former players only and if they don’t do their job properly, who do you blame? This sports committee is elected by cricketers only. Why don’t they send honest cricketers to do the job?”Earlier this week Sehwag was reported to be seeking a move to Haryana because of interference in selection matters. Other senior Delhi players backed Sehwag’s claims about the lack of transperancy in Delhi and Districts Cricket Association’s selection procedures.Jadeja played age-group cricket for Delhi before moving to Haryana in 1988. He returned to Delhi in 2003-04 and shifted to Rajasthan in 2005-06. Jadeja said he was pressured by the selectors when he was the Delhi captain. “I had anticipated these interferences. But I did not budge. I attended only the first selection committee meeting as a captain. Thereafter, they chose the 15 and I picked the playing XI.”Jadeja’s solution for a more transparent system was to have one selector make the picks based on suggestions by scouts. “You can fix accountability instead of involving too many cricketers in the selection committee.”

Following Steven Gerrard’s appointment as the new Aston Villa manager last week, the club have already been linked with a host of players in the upcoming transfer window, with the likes of Ryan Kent, Glen Kamara and Joe Aribo all being touted with moves to Villa Park this winter.

However, in order to make space for the club’s potential incoming signings, the 41-year-old may well have to look to move a number of the current Villa squad on come January, with one name likely to be high on the manager’s list of outgoing candidates being that of Keinan Davis.

Despite having made his debut for the club as an exciting 18-year-old prospect back in 2017, the centre-forward has failed to kick on in his professional career at Villa Park, still yet to enjoy what could be considered as his breakout season in first-team football.

Indeed, in his first season spent predominantly with the senior squad, the £2.7m-rated striker scored three goals and provided four assists over his 30 appearances in all competitions, returns which suggested that the former England U20 international could have the potential to go on and become a first-team regular.

However, the 23-year-old would ultimately make only 45 more appearances over the following three campaigns, scoring just three goals and registering three assists in the process, as the centre-forward found himself pushed further and further down the Aston Villa pecking order, while his returns did nothing to convince Dean Smith that he deserved a spot in the manager’s starting XI.

This is a lesson that Steven Gerrard must learn from, as, over the past four seasons the £25k-per-week Davis has consistently proven that he is not a player of the standard required at Villa Park.

Indeed, fans of the club also agree with this assessment, as, in a poll ran on Football FanCast, the vast majority of supporters made their feelings known that they do not believe the player who Jack Grealish once dubbed as “unplayable” has a future at their club.

As such, Gerrard simply must axe the 23-year-old in January, as his place in the squad, as well as his rather hefty weekly wage, could be put to much better use by the 41-year-old manager.

Rangers midfielder Glen Kamara is the player ‘most likely’ to follow Steven Gerrard and join Aston Villa, according to Ashley Preece.

The Lowdown: Kamara links

Gerrard made the move to the Midlands last Thursday to replace Dean Smith and is hard at work ahead of his first game in charge against Brighton this weekend.

As to be expected, links to his former players have already emerged, with Kamara thought to be one of his top Ibrox targets along with full-back Nathan Patterson.

Gerrard has urged Villa chiefs not to miss out on either player as he feels they could be signed in January in a double deal worth over £30m. [90min]

The Latest: Preece’s comments

Preece ran a Q&A on Birmingham Live on Tuesday, discussing multiple Villa-related topics.

One supporter asked if the links to Kamara are serious and also wanted to know about a pundit linking Joe Aribo with a move to Villa Park.

This is what Preece had to say in reply, believing Kamara is the ‘most likely’ to move south.

“Hi Dyl, yeah, that’s the one that appears most-likely from Gerrard’s Rangers links. We’ll see what materialises. Aribo, or the left-footed Yaya Toure as he’s been labelled, has been on Villa’s radar before like you say. Can he cut it in the Premier League, that’s the question… Kamara most-likely out of them but Gerrard will have his own players he likes knowing Villa’s budget blows Rangers’ out of the water. Intrigued to see how Gerrard will work with Johan Lange. Ross Wilson was Gerrard’s sporting director at Gers.”

The Verdict: A midfielder a priority?

Gerrard likes to play an attacking 4-3-3 system and seems to be fairly well stocked in most areas of the pitch.

A new midfielder could be handy, though, with Villa’s only attacking midfielder on the books being youngster Jacob Ramsey.

He has two defensive options in Douglas Luiz and Marvelous Nakamba, while John McGinn, youngster Carney Chukwuemeka and out of favour Morgan Sanson are the three remaining options. [Transfermarkt]

Kamara can play as a central or defensive midfielder and his eye for a key pass has also improved year on year since working with Gerrard.

On that basis, the Finland international could be a solid first signing of Gerrard’s era as Villa boss, so it’ll be interesting to see if the club decide to make their move in the New Year.

Em mais uma etapa do projeto de Media Training, o volante Andrey, cria da Colina Histórica e hoje nos profissionais, conversou com a garotada da categoria mirim doCruz-Maltino sobre sua trajetória no clube e os desafios da carreira.

– Fiquei muito feliz de passar um pouco do que eu já vivi para essa garotada. Me veio a lembrança de quando eu tinha essa idade. Fiquei muito feliz pelo dia de hoje, por essa oportunidade de compartilhar tudo que vivi e tenho vivido aqui dentro do Vasco. Foi um grande dia para mim – disse Andrey.

No Cruz-Maltino desde 2004, quando chegou com apenas seis anos, Andrey sempre foi considerado um dos principais talentos da base. Tanto que acumula convocações para a Seleção Brasileira nas categorias sub-15, sub-17 e sub-20. O volante elogiou o projeto desenvolvido e executado pela assessoria de imprensa do Vasco.

– O Media Training é um trabalho muito importante para os meninos. Eu fiz parte quando era menor e me ajudou muito. Hoje, quando dou entrevista me sinto bem mais solto e confiante. Tenho certeza que esse trabalho que vem sendo desenvolvido vai ajudar muito esses meninos a representarem bem o Vasco no futuro – destacou Andrey.

O volante teve um bate-papo descontraído com os mais novos. Na conversa, destacou a importância da formação educacional para um atleta. Assim como os pequenos, Andrey se formou no Colégio Vasco da Gama, localizado no Complexo Esportivo de São Januário. A iniciativa também marcou o encontro de Andrey com seu xará, que é capitão e destaque da equipe sub-13.

O projeto de Media Training começou em 2015. O objetivo é o de preparar os jovens para representar bem o Cruzmaltino no contato com os mais diversos tipos de mídia.
