وسيكون فرينكي دي يونج، لاعب وسط برشلونة هو من سينتقل إلى مانشستر سيتي وفقًا للتقارير في إسبانيا.

تم ربط سيلفا بالانتقال إلى كامب نو الموسم الماضي مع أنباء تشير إلى رغبته في الرحيل عن مانشستر سيتي وتشافي مدرب برشلونة حريص على إضافة المزيد من المنافسة في خط الوسط.

يتوقع الكثير من بيدري في كتالونيا ووجود برناردو سيخفف من هذا العبء، حسب تقرير “موندو ديبورتيفو” الإسبانية.

O técnico da Seleção não abre mão do 4-1-4-1, e tem um esqueleto de time bem definido: aberto pelo lado direito na linha de quatro armadores, função em que Dudu foi escalado contra a Colômbia, ele tem usado jogadores com mais características de meia do que de ponta: Philipe Coutinho e Willian. Pelo lado esquerdo, onde o palmeirense também foi observado, a opção tem sido por atletas mais agudos, casos de Neymar e Douglas Costa. Tite avalia que é nessa função que Dudu se encaixa melhor. Por dentro, têm jogado Paulinho e Renato Augusto, que possuem características bem diferentes das de Dudu.

– O Tite é muito coerente. Quando estive lá, ele falou que iria dar oportunidade aos melhores. Tem uma concorrência muito grande na minha posição, a gente respeita isso. Tenho na minha cabeça que tenho de continuar trabalhando, focado aqui no Palmeiras, que vou ter oportunidade – comentou Dudu.

As per The Athletic, the 28-year-old has rejected a new deal at Southampton ahead of the new 2021/22 season.

The Goodison Park club have been linked with a move for the striker, and given that he has turned down the offer of a new contract at St Mary’s, he could well be available.

The Latest: Campbell backs Ings to Everton

Speaking to Goodison News, former Toffees forward Campbell thinks that it may be time for Ings to move on from the Saints, and backed his old team to ‘pull the trigger’ with regards to a move. The 51-year-old said:

“He’s a good player, knows where the net is. He has tried his luck on the other side of Merseyside and was pretty well-liked, but injuries stopped him from doing what he’s doing.

“He has found his feet again, his form, and now it’s time for a big move. I wouldn’t put it past Everton to pull the trigger.”

The Verdict: Sign

Rafa Benitez will want the goalscoring burden eased from Dominic Calvert-Lewin in the upcoming campaign, and Ings could do just that if he moves to Everton.

Described as a ‘top-four quality’ striker by Sky Sports pundit Clinton Morrison last August, it would be a big coup if the Blues managed to get him.

Ings is proven in the Premier League, with 55 goals and 13 assists in 140 top-flight games across six seasons with Burnley, Liverpool and Southampton (Transfermarkt), and at 28 years of age, he is just hitting his peak.

Everton must do all that they can to sign him, as there could well be tough competition if they hesitate to make their move.

Richard Walsh01-Jul-2002The Somerset finals of the Sport Relief Kwik Cricket competition took place recently at the County Ground in Taunton, and at the end of very exciting day St John’s School at Highbridge emerged as the winners.Altogether over sixty primary schools entered the competition, from which Ash Primary representing South Somerset, Newbridge Primary from Bath and North East Somerset, Wells Central from Mendip and St Johns from Sedgemoor emerged as the finalists.St John’s Highbridge, and Wells Central now go forward to the south west regional finals that take place at Newton Abbot, where they will be hoping to emulate the achievements of Danesfield School, Williton who were the regional champions in 2001 and went onto compete in the the national finals at Trent Bridge.The inaugural Year 5 Kwik Cricket competition, held at Gypsy Lane, the new home of Taunton Cricket Club, was won by Eastover Primary School from Bridgwater.The competition that was organised by the students from Richard Huish College, was preceded by the opening ceremony with each school representing one of the five major cricket playing nations of the world.Somerset Cricket Development Officer Andrew Moulding told me: "The Year 5 Kwik Cricket competiton was a great success, and was enjoyed by everybody who took part. The students from Richard Huish did a fantastic job for us, and their help was much appreciated by all. We also appreciate the support that Vodafone gave to this event."
